Dr. David Biro majored in the Classics at the University of Pennsylvania and earned his medical degree from Columbia University in 1991. He completed a dermatology residency at SUNY Health Science Center @ Brooklyn where he is currently an assistant clinical professor.

In addition to medicine, Dr. Biro has pursued his interest in literature over the years. In 1995, he received a PhD in English Literature from Oxford University. In 2000, he published his first book, One Hundred Days, about his experience as a patient. He is currently at work on a novel.
